How much does it cost?

How long does it take?
Delivery is usually 4 to 8 weeks from project start, with a 2 to 4 week customer introduction and training phase. Development slots are dependent on workload.
How do you support the database?
Normally maintenance is possible via a remote connection to one of your PC’s. Upgrades to the application on the local PC’s are propagated automatically.
How much does support cost?
There is free support for 6 months after the installation. After that an annual maintenance contract can be purchased or support paid for at an hourly rate. The first hour of a site visit is charged at double the normal hourly rate.
